American Dream and the Dream of British Excellence

Many people are familiar with the concept of the "American Dream" and the success stories of young American programmers like Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, and Mark Zuckerberg. However, the dream of achieving excellence in Britain is less known. Every British teenager dreams of inventing something brilliant, earning billions of dollars, and becoming famous worldwide.

Early Start in Information Technology

Owens sat in front of a computer for the first time at the age of 7 and started learning web design at the age of 10. He practiced creating web pages on his first Mac computer. At the age of 14, Owens created his first business project called 'Mac Bundle Box'. He borrowed the idea from well-known companies like 'MacHeist'. Owens bundled various applications for Apple Mac users and sold them at a discounted price for a limited time. Since its launch in 2008, 'Mac Bundle Box' has generated £700,000 in revenue.

The Success of 'Branchr' and 'Get Dealy'

'Branchr' became Owens' second venture, which he developed together with another entrepreneur named Mark Bao. In the summer of 2010, Owens launched the project 'VoteBundle', where users could choose which software would be included in the next bundle. This democratic approach was well-received by Apple product enthusiasts.

In July 2011, Owens created the digital deals marketplace 'Get Dealy', which incorporated 'Mac Bundle Box'. 'Get Dealy' positioned itself as a market for digital information and software, offering network applications, creative resources, and Mac applications.

Achievements and Personal Life

Christian Owens once vowed not to rest until his creation was worth £100 million. While he still has a long way to go, Owens is confident in his progress. At the age of 16, his net worth exceeded £1 million, making him one of the few British teenagers with such financial success.

Despite his busy business life, Owens has not let it affect his personal life. He still finds time for his numerous hobbies, including photography and playing the guitar. Currently, 'Branchr' sells over 250 million advertisements to 11,000 websites each month. Owens recently incorporated a new company, 'Atomplan', into his project. Previously, 'Atomplan' specialized in developing business software.
