Biography of Daniel Carvajal
Daniel Carvajal is a Spanish professional footballer who has played for 'Real Madrid' for almost his entire career. Born in Leganés, a suburb of Madrid, Carvajal joined the youth development project of 'Real Madrid' at the age of 10. He trained actively and climbed the career ladder, and by 2010, he was already part of the 'Real Madrid Castilla' project. In his first season as a senior player, Carvajal managed to break into the reserve team and become its captain. He never gave up his position and played in 38 matches, scoring 2 goals in the following season. The team eventually managed to promote to the 'Segunda Division', a remarkable achievement after a 5-year absence.

On July 11, 2012, Carvajal, who had never been able to make an appearance for the first team of 'Real Madrid', signed a 5-year contract with the German team 'Bayer Leverkusen' for a transfer fee of 5 million euros. However, his previous employers included alternative options in the contract, allowing them to buy him back for higher fees in subsequent years. Carvajal made his Bundesliga debut on September 1, 2012, in a match against 'SC Freiburg', which ended in a 2-0 victory. He scored his first goal for the new team on November 25. By the end of his first season with 'Bayer Leverkusen', Carvajal was one of the top three right-backs in the league.

On June 3, 2013, 'Real Madrid' exercised the buyback clause in Carvajal's contract and brought him back to the club. Their decision was influenced by his impressive performance at his new club. Carvajal was also delighted to return to his first team, as he later admitted to the club's president and fans during a press conference. He made his debut in 'La Liga' on August 18, 2013, in a home match against 'Real Betis'. Within a month, Carvajal played his first match in the UEFA Champions League, completing the full 90 minutes. In his first season back at his old club, Carvajal played in 45 games, scoring 2 goals, and also played 120 minutes in the Champions League final.

Carvajal also made a name for himself at the international level. In 2010, he was part of the Spanish U18 national team. He continued his youth international career from 2010 to 2011 with the U19 team and became a member of the U21 team in 2012. In 2013, he was included as a substitute player for the U21 European Championship and managed to play in a group stage match against the Netherlands. Spain won the championship. Carvajal was later selected by Vicente del Bosque to join the Spanish national team for the FIFA World Cup 2014. Due to the Champions League final, Carvajal (along with all the other players from 'Real Madrid' and 'Atlético Madrid') had to take a short break, and he was later removed from the final list of participants. On August 29, 2014, Carvajal was included in the team for the first time and played in matches against France and Macedonia. He made his debut on September 4 in a friendly match against France, which Spain lost. Daniel Carvajal is still part of the Spanish national team.
