Biography of Dmitry Lepa

Dmitry Lepa is a Ukrainian footballer and midfielder. He began his football career at the "Atlant" football school in Kremenchuk, under the guidance of coach S. V. Muradyan. In 2003, he was invited to join Moscow's CSKA, but he decided not to move to Russia.

From 2004 to 2008, Lepa played for the reserve team of Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk, where he participated in 64 matches and scored 22 goals. He made his debut in the Ukrainian Premier League on July 14, 2007, in a match between Dnipro and Krivbas, which ended with a 2-0 victory for Dnipro.

Lepa also represented Dnipro in the UEFA Cup during the 2007/08 season. He played four games against Polish team Belchatow and Scottish team Aberdeen, coming off the bench three times and playing a full match once.

In July 2013, Lepa transferred to Lviv-based club Karpaty. However, in June 2014, after the expiration of his contract, he failed to reach an agreement with the club's management and left Karpaty.

In June 2014, Lepa signed a one-year contract with Zaporizhia-based club Metalurh. In July 2015, he became a player of Kharkiv-based club Metalist, wearing the number 11 jersey. On February 1, 2016, it was announced that Dmitry had joined Hungarian club Puskas Academy.

In June 2017, Dmitry Lepa signed a three-year contract with Croatian club Osijek, where he had an excellent season, scoring 8 goals and providing 5 assists in 21 matches of the Croatian league. He was recognized as the team's best player at the end of the football season. On October 30, 2021, he played his 100th match for Osijek in the Croatian league.

In the fall of 2007, Dmitry Lepa was called up to the Ukrainian national youth team.
