Paola Nugnes: A Rising Star in Italian Politics
Paola Nugnes is an accomplished Italian politician and member of the Italian Chamber of Deputies, representing the Five Star Movement.
Early Life and Education
Born in the town of Iesi, Nugnes currently resides in Apiro. She graduated from a classical high school and went on to earn a bachelor's degree in criminology from the University of Camerino, specializing in plagiarism. Her thesis focused on the manipulation of public opinion.
Political Career
On March 19, 2013, Nugnes was elected to the Italian Chamber of Deputies as a representative of the fourteenth electoral district of Friuli-Venezia Giulia for the Five Star Movement.
Parliamentary Roles
Since May 7, 2013, Nugnes has served on the Second Commission (Justice) of the Chamber of Deputies. Additionally, she has been a member of the Parliamentary Commission investigating the death of military officer Emanuele Scieri since March 15, 2016.
