Early Career
Born in Lima, Peru, Guadalupe began his football career with local club Sporting Cristal. He subsequently played for several other Peruvian clubs, including Atlético Universidad, Unión Huaral, and Cienciano. During this period, he gained valuable experience and emerged as a promising young defender.

Guadalupe made his international debut for Peru in 2007 and featured in the Copa América tournament in Venezuela. His impressive performances at club and international levels earned him a move to Ukrainian club Chornomorets Odessa in February 2008.
Chornomorets Odessa and Return to Peru
Guadalupe had a brief stint with Chornomorets Odessa, making his Ukrainian Premier League debut in March 2008. However, he struggled to cement a regular starting role and was released by the club at the end of the year. He returned to Peru and signed for Universitario in January 2009.
