Early Life and Education
Elshan Hajiyev, an Azerbaijani scholar and academic, was born in Siyazan city in 1961. In 1982, he graduated from the Faculty of Accounting and Economics at the D. Buniyadzade Azerbaijan National Economy Institute.
Professional Experience
Hajiyev's professional journey began in 1982-1997, where he held various positions in the Fuel and Energy Complex of Azerbaijan, including financial specialist, accountant, and economist.
From 1997-2014, he worked in scientific and academic fields, holding roles at:
