Early Career and Domestic Transfers
Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu, a Ghanaian midfielder, began his career with Berlin FC in Berekum, Ghana. In 2007, he joined the Ghanaian Premier League All-Stars team. He later transferred to Berekum Arsenal and then to Asante Kotoko on a one-year loan in 2008.
International Debut and World Cup Triumph
Agyemang-Badu made his international debut for Ghana's under-20 team before representing the under-23 squad. His first appearance with the senior national team came in 2008 against Lesotho. He played a pivotal role in Ghana's 2009 FIFA U-20 World Cup victory in Egypt.
Loan to Recreativo and Permanent Move to Udinese
In 2009, Agyemang-Badu joined Recreativo Huelva on a six-month loan from Berekum Arsenal. However, he did not make any appearances for the Spanish club. In 2010, he signed a permanent contract with Italian Serie A club Udinese.
Serie A and National Team
Agyemang-Badu has been a regular member of Udinese's starting lineup. He also continued to play for the Ghanaian national team, participating in the 2010 Africa Cup of Nations where Ghana finished as runners-up.
