Early Life and Education
Juris Stukāns completed his legal studies at the University of Latvia, earning a Master's degree in 2004.
Legal Career
Before embarking on his prosecution career, Stukāns worked as a lawyer at Parex Bank from 2000 onwards. Prior to that, he held positions as a sworn advocate and an investigator.
Prosecution Career
In 2010, Stukāns was appointed the Prosecutor General of Latvia. He has held this role ever since, overseeing the prosecution of various cases and contributing to Latvia's legal system.
