Ever Banega is an Argentine football player who currently plays as a central midfielder for Valencia CF and the Argentina national team. He was born on June 29, 1988, in Rosario, Argentina. Banega began his football career at the youth academy of Boca Juniors.

Rise to Prominence
Banega made his professional debut for Boca Juniors on February 10, 2007, in a victorious match against Banfield. In his first year of senior-level performances, Banega quickly became one of the key players for Boca Juniors and attracted the attention of top European clubs, including Barcelona, Milan, and Juventus.

Move to Valencia
On January 5, 2008, Banega signed a five-and-a-half-year contract with Valencia CF. The club paid a transfer fee of €18 million for his services.
