Education
Farrukh Mahmukhov was born on November 21, 1975. He received his higher education at the Almaty branch of the Zhambyl Technological Institute of Light and Food Industry in 1992. In 1998, he graduated from the Almaty Technological University with a degree in Food Technology and Organization. In 2001, he completed his studies at the Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economics, and Strategic Forecasting (KIMEP), earning a Master's degree in Business Administration.

Industry
Automotive:In 2014, under the leadership of Farrukh and Sukhrab Mahmukhov, the largest dealership center in Kazakhstan, Toyota City, was launched. The opening ceremony was attended by the President of "Toyota Motor Kazakhstan", Etsuo Hashino.
In 2018, HINO MOTORS KAZAKHSTAN, the official distributor of Japanese HINO trucks, launched the first "3S Hino Center" in Central Asia. The company is a joint venture between Toyota Tsusho Corporation and the Orbis Kazakhstan holding.
In 2019, General Motors Russia and Orbis Auto, the first official dealer of Cadillac and Chevrolet in Kazakhstan, opened a new space - Cadillac Almaty.
Energy:
In 2019, Akzhaygasservis JSC, a subsidiary of the Orbis Kazakhstan holding, became a laureate of the annual republican contest for socially responsible businesses.
