Early Career: West Ham and Swansea CityFrank Lampard began his professional career at West Ham United, where his father was the manager. He made his debut for the Hammers in 1994 and went on to make over 200 appearances for the club. In 1995-96, he spent a season on loan at Swansea City, where he impressed with his goalscoring exploits.
Chelsea Legend
In 2001, Lampard joined Chelsea for a transfer fee of £11 million. Despite initial skepticism, he quickly established himself as a key player for the Blues. He has become the club's all-time leading goalscorer among midfielders and ranks among Chelsea's top ten goalscorers of all time. Lampard has also made over 50 international appearances for Chelsea, making him one of only two players to have achieved this milestone.
Accomplishments and Awards
