The Kemp brothers, Gary and Martin, were well-known musicians and talented actors. They gained popularity in the 1980s as part of the band Spandau Ballet, where their exceptional guitar skills shone.

Biography - Gary and Martin Kemp
Gary and Martin Kemp were born in London, with Martin being born in Islington on October 10, 1961, and Gary in Smithfield on October 16, 1959. They grew up in a working-class family and attended Rotherfield Junior School, Dame Alice Owen's grammar school, and the Anna Scher Children's Theatre drama club.

Both brothers showcased their talents at a young age and soon began appearing on television in various projects, including shows like Jackanory, The Tomorrow People, and Dixon of Dock Green. In addition to their acting abilities, Gary and Martin also had a passion for music. Gary, particularly, decided to focus on music and formed the band The Gentry with his school friends. The band later changed its name to Spandau Ballet.
Over time, Spandau Ballet became very popular, attracting a large number of fans interested in their romantic music of the new era. The band released several albums before eventually disbanding, only to reunite in early 2009.
In 1990, the Kemp brothers returned to the film industry, starring as the Kray twins in the movie The Krays. Their performances received mixed reviews, with Martin gaining more attention from the public. Martin subsequently moved to Los Angeles and stayed there until 1995. He made a comeback in 1998, appearing in the drama series The Bill. Both brothers continued their acting careers in the 2000s.
In January 2008, Gary and Martin Kemp appeared together on the television show Who Wants to Be A Millionaire.
