Education and Early Career

In the years 1980-1985, the individual pursued higher education at the Izhevsk Mechanical Institute, graduating as an engineer-mechanic. Prior to this, from 1960 to 1965, they worked at the Yerevan City District Committee of 26 Commissars.

Management and Construction

From 1965 to 1971, the individual served as head of the production department at the Yerevan Combine of Ceramic Products. They also held various management positions in the construction industry, including acting head of the mechanical department (1971-1972), foreman (1972-1973), and head of the Dilijan Road Construction Department (1973-1979).

Building and Infrastructure

The individual's career in construction reached its peak when they became head of Building Trust No. 113 "Yugstroy" from 1979 to 1986. In this role, they supervised major infrastructure projects in the region. Later, they served as director of the Yerevan Elevator (1986-1990) and the Yerevan Flour Mill (1990-1999).

Political Career

In 1995, the individual was elected to the Armenian Parliament as a member of the "Yerkrapa" parliamentary group. They held this position until 1999, when they were re-elected and became a member of the Standing Committee on Financial-Budgetary, Credit, and Economic Issues. During their time in Parliament, they were a member of the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA).
