Early Life and Club Career

Born to former footballer Gianfranco Zigoni, Mattia was raised in the youth academy of Treviso, where he amassed over 200 goals. On January 26, 2009, he made his professional debut for Treviso in the Italian Serie B.

In June 2009, Zigoni signed with Serie A giants Milan. He earned his Serie A debut in a 30th-round match against Lazio on March 28, 2010, coming on as a substitute for Filippo Inzaghi.

Venezia Connection

After several loan spells away from Milan, Zigoni joined Venezia in 2018. The forward has established himself as a key figure in the Serie B club, leading the attack line with his goal-scoring prowess.

International Career

Zigoni has represented Italy at the U-20 level since 2009. He has earned several caps for the youth team but has yet to break into the senior squad.
