Early Career

Grafite began his football career as a striker for Brazilian clubs before attracting international attention.

International Debut

In 2010, Grafite made his debut for the Brazilian national team under coach Dunga, replacing the injured Luis Fabiano in a match against Ireland. He provided an assist for Robinho, who scored the winning goal.

World Cup Squad
