Concertmaster and Ensemble Musician

From 1936 to 1976, Vecchi served as concertmaster of the cello section of the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra. He also excelled as an ensemble musician, notably collaborating with the pianist Brita Hjorth in a piano quartet.
