Viktor Nehulevskyi was born and raised in Voznesensk, Mykolaiv Oblast, Ukraine. He graduated from the European University, a private higher education institution, where he earned a degree in Finance.

Political Journey
Entry into PoliticsIn 2019, Nehulevskyi joined the Servant of the People party and ran for a seat in the Ukrainian Parliament in the 2019 parliamentary elections. He ran in Electoral District 130, which encompasses several districts in Mykolaiv Oblast.
Election to Parliament
Nehulevskyi was elected as a member of the Ukrainian Parliament, representing the Servant of the People party. He became a member of the Committee on Transport and Infrastructure and was appointed as the chairman of the Subcommittee on Road Transport.
