Early Life and Education
Igor Vasilievsky was born on March 31, 1985, in Odessa, Ukraine. He obtained three higher education degrees, including in Law Enforcement, Law, and Foreign Economic Activity Management.
Professional Career
Vasilievsky served as a cadet in the Faculty of Tax Police (2002-2006) and held various positions in the tax police and tax administration (2006-2014). From 2007-2013, he was Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of PSG "Cambio-Invest" LLC.
Political Career
In 2019, Vasilievsky was elected as a People's Deputy of Ukraine from the Servant of the People party. He served as Head of the Subcommittee on Maritime Transport of the Transport and Infrastructure Committee.
Philanthropy and Social Activism
Vasilievsky established the "Igor Vasilievsky Charity Fund" and the crowdfunding platform "Na-Starte."
Controversies and Dismissal
In 2022, President Zelensky revoked Vasilievsky's Ukrainian citizenship, and the Verkhovna Rada subsequently dismissed him from his parliamentary mandate due to the loss of citizenship.
