Early Life and Education
Born in Kyiv on October 22, 1979, Oleksiy Reznikov attended the Institute of International Relations at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, where he earned a master's degree in International Relations and a translator's diploma in English.
Academic Pursuits
From October 2001 to March 2005, Reznikov pursued postgraduate studies at the Institute of International Relations. He received his Ph.D. in Political Sciences in 2005 and became an associate professor in 2014.
