Early Career
Ismail Latif began his football career with his hometown club, Al-Hala. He made his debut for the first team in 2004 and spent three years with the club, scoring 37 goals in 86 appearances.
Club Career
Latif's impressive performances for Al-Hala caught the attention of top Bahraini clubs, and in 2007 he joined Bahrain Riffa Club. He spent two seasons with Riffa before moving to Kuwaiti club Al-Arabi Al-Mansouria in 2009.
International Career
Latif made his international debut for the Bahrain national team in 2007. He has been a regular member of the squad ever since and has represented his country at the 2007 AFC Asian Cup.
