American actor James Hong has enjoyed a prolific career spanning five decades, with over 400 acting credits in film, television, and video games. Born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Hong received his primary education in Hong Kong before returning to the United States at the age of ten. He initially pursued civil engineering at the University of Southern California, but his passion for acting later drew him to the craft.
