Jesse Spencer, an Australian actor, was born on February 12, 1979, in Melbourne, Australia. He comes from a family of four children, including two brothers who are currently doctors and a sister who is a medical intern. Spencer's parents were actively involved in the Australians Against Further Immigration political party and regularly participated in federal and regional elections.
