Joan Smalls, born as Joan Rodriguez in 1988 in Puerto Rico, is a Puerto Rican model who is known for her striking beauty, with her brown eyes and brown hair. In 2007, she left her homeland and arrived in New York, where she quickly became represented by the agency 'Elite Model Management'.
