Early Career and World Cup Debut

Kaarel Tammjärv, an Estonian cross-country skier, made his World Cup debut in March 2009. In November of the same year, he achieved a top-30 finish in a World Cup relay, marking his first notable result.

Olympic Participation in Vancouver and Sochi

Tammjärv represented Estonia at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, where he finished 67th in the 15km freestyle race and 42nd in the 15+15km duathlon. Four years later, he competed in the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, where he had the honor of carrying the Estonian flag at the closing ceremony.
