Keisha admitted that she was often teased about her height during her school years and stopped wearing high heels at the age of 18. Keisha, now 31 years old, faced teasing and mockery during her school years because of her height. Growing up, Wilco, now 29 years old, also faced challenges due to his exceptional height. However, both of them have learned to embrace their unique stature.
The couple met when Wilco responded to Keisha's advertisement on a website for tall dance partners. Wilco introduced himself as a 2.13-meter-tall man and asked if that was enough for her. The connection was immediate, and they soon realized they were a perfect match. They got married in 2001 when Keisha was 1.95 meters tall and Wilco stood at 2.13 meters.
Throughout their lives, Keisha and Wilco have faced numerous challenges due to their height. Finding suitable clothing has been a major issue for Keisha, who often resorts to using regular women's dresses as shirts because they are too short for her. Flying on budget airlines is also problematic for the couple as there is not enough legroom under the seats. However, they have learned to adapt and find positive aspects in their unique situation.
