Biography of Kid Kash
David Cash, better known as Kid Kash, was born on July 31, 1969. He is a professional American wrestler who has competed in various wrestling promotions including Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW), Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA), and World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE).

Early Training and Career
Kid Kash's father was a professional boxer, and he began learning the secrets of combat sports at a young age. In pursuit of mastering various fighting techniques and arts, Kash even traveled to Japan for a period of time. During his travels, he had the opportunity to meet Ricky Morton and compete in independent wrestling projects.

ECW and Independent Promotions
Kid Kash made his first major appearance in November 1996, wrestling under the pseudonym David Tyler Morton Jericho. He debuted in the highly regarded ECW and spent a total of five years with the promotion from 1996 to 2001. Kash not only gained a reputation within the company but also competed in several independent projects and home events for WWF during this time.

Injuries and Resilience
During one of his WWF projects, Kash suffered a severe injury, breaking both of his ankles while executing a complex move. This forced him to take a break from wrestling, but he returned at the end of 1999. Abandoning his David Tyler persona, Kash adopted a new mask and ring name, Kid Kash, which drew associations with the popular musician Kid Rock. Despite a broken jaw later on, Kash's determination to keep fighting only enhanced his reputation.

TNA and WWE
After ECW closed in 2001, Kid Kash briefly joined WCW before eventually signing with TNA on August 14, 2002. In TNA, Kash portrayed a malicious, antagonistic character as part of the X Division. He achieved success by winning the X Division Championship and faced several notable opponents such as James Storm, Dusty Rhodes, Jeff Hardy, and A.J. Styles. Kash even had the opportunity to face his former mentor, Ricky Morton, defeating him convincingly.
In April 2005, TNA terminated Kash's contract, reportedly due to his criticism of the promotion. He then found a home in WWE but only stayed for a year. During his time in WWE, Kash made a significant impact and won the Cruiserweight Championship. After losing the title, he transitioned to tag team matches with Jamie Noble, often taking on "heroes" in their weight class.
Return to TNA and Departure
After four years working independently, Kid Kash returned to TNA in August 2010. Initially, it was expected to be a one-time appearance, but he eventually received a permanent contract on July 12, 2011. Kash competed in TNA with mixed success until February 2, 2013, when he once again left the company.
Overall, Kid Kash's career has been marked by his resilience, injuries, and his ability to leave a lasting impact wherever he competed.
