Rikishi, also known as Solofa Fatu, is an American wrestler who is recognized as one of the biggest wrestlers in America. He is best known to the public by his ring name, Rikishi. He gained fame among millions of people for his signature move, the "Stink Face!", which is sometimes seen as gross and vulgar.

Early Life

Rikishi, whose real name is Solofa Anoa'i Fatu Jr., was born on October 11, 1966, in San Francisco, California, USA. He emerged as one of the largest wrestlers in America and gained recognition under the pseudonym Rikishi. He made his debut in wrestling in 1985 and has since performed under various ring names such as "Junior Fatu," "Rikishi Phatu," "Headshrinker Fatu," "Fatu," "The Sultan," "Tama, J.R. Smooth," "Phat Man," and many others.

Career Highlights

Rikishi's notable moves and throws include the "Rikishi Driver/Fatu Driver," "Stink Face!," "Superkick," "Banzai Drop," "Camel Clutch," "Headbutt," "Samoan Drop," "Headbutt Drop," and many more. In 1994, Rikishi gained his first taste of fame while being a part of the "Headshrinkers" team in the WWF. Alongside other members of the group, he achieved the title of WWF winners.

In 1999, Rikishi reached the peak of his career, becoming the top wrestler in WWE and earning the title of "Intercontinental Champion." In 2000, he had a notable performance in the finals of the "King of the Ring" competition. However, towards the end of 2000, Rikishi suffered a severe injury, forcing him to temporarily leave the "bloody" sport and focus on rehabilitation. He made a full comeback in mid-2001, showcasing his strength and energy in the ring.

Recent Years

In recent years, Rikishi has been extensively traveling and frequently participates in local wrestling tournaments in Europe. His name has become well-known among many wrestling enthusiasts due to his colossal size and captivating presence in the ring. In 2007, Rikishi joined the group "La Legion Extranjera," which consists of wrestlers such as Kenzo Suzuki, Head Hunter, Nicho, Sabu, X-Pac, Ron Killings, Black Bufalo, and many others.

In 2009, Rikishi made his debut in the league "Revolution Lucha Libre" under the name Kishi. From his initial matches, he proved himself as a true professional, capable of standing up against formidable opponents. In April 2008, Rikishi faced a significant tragedy when his mother passed away from cancer. The wrestler was deeply saddened by this event.

Personal Life

Rikishi has a large family, including one daughter and four sons. Despite being one of the most fierce wrestlers, he is also a loving and devoted father.
