Biography of Kim Junsu

Kim Junsu is a Korean singer and songwriter, and a member of the group JYJ. He possesses an incredible vocal talent inherited from his mother, who was a singer and former "Miss Korea." Junsu was discovered by representatives from SM Entertainment when he was just 12 years old. Prior to joining DBSK, Junsu underwent training at SM Entertainment for six years.

During his childhood, Junsu aspired to become a football player. However, after watching the group H.O.T on television with their famous song "Candy," he realized his new dream was to become a singer. In an interview, he mentioned that if he hadn't become a singer, he would have definitely pursued a career in football. In DBSK, Junsu shares the position of the lead vocalist with Jaejoong.
