Early Life and Education
Konstantin Vaysman was born on October 14, 1969, in Moscow. He graduated with a degree in "Automated Management Systems" from the State Academy of Management named after S. Ordzhonikidze in Moscow, Russia. In 1991-1992, he completed an internship at the Institut d'Administration des Entreprises de Caen in Caen, France. He also holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business (London).
Banking Career
Vaysman has over 25 years of experience in the banking sector. His career began at ToriBank in 1993, where he rose to the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board of Management. He later joined Moscow Credit Bank, where he held the roles of Head of Financial Planning and Analysis and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Management from 1996 to 2003.
From 2003 to 2007, Vaysman served as Chairman of the Board and Member of the Supervisory Board at RosEvroBank. He then moved to Uralsib Financial Corporation, where he acted as First Vice President for Strategy and Finance and Financial Director from 2007 to 2009.

In 2010, Vaysman became the Acting Chairman of the Board of JSC PUMB. During his tenure, PUMB achieved significant growth and was recognized as one of the leading banks in Ukraine by various awards. Vaysman oversaw the bank's acquisition of Renaissance Capital and merger with Dongorbank, which was the largest in Ukrainian history.
Under Vaysman's leadership, PUMB entered the top 10 Ukrainian banks and ranked 7th in the Top-100 Ukrainian Companies industry ranking.

From 2013 to 2018, Vaysman served as Chairman of the Board of JSC VTB Bank (Ukraine).
Mobile Finance Group and Treeum
In 2019, Vaysman became Chairman of the Board and Co-Founder of Mobile Finance Group. The company develops digital wallets and provides mobile financial services in emerging markets.
Since 2020, Vaysman has been the Head of Fintech at the Ukrainian financial online supermarket Treeum. In this role, he leads the development of Treeum's super app for financial services.

Vaysman is an expert in financial strategy, fintech, and mergers and acquisitions. He has been recognized with several awards, including "Banker of the Year - 2011" by the journal "Bankir".
Personal Life
Vaysman is married and has two sons. He is fluent in English, French, and Italian.
