Early Life and Education

Ukrainian statesman and scholar Dr. Yuriy Husarov was born in Ukraine. He graduated with honors from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in 1995, earning a degree in Political Science. He also studied at the Northwestern Academy of Public Administration in Saint Petersburg, Russia, specializing in State and Municipal Management (1998).

Government Career

Husarov began his government service in 1994 as a specialist at the Ministry of Nationalities and Migration. Over the years, he held various positions, including:

In 2010, he was awarded the title of Professor.
