Early Life and Education
Kristiina Tõnnisson embarked on her academic journey at the University of Tartu in 1997, earning a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration. Her pursuit of higher education continued at New York University, where she obtained a Master's degree in Public Management. She later returned to the University of Tartu and successfully defended her doctoral dissertation, receiving a Doctorate in Political Science.
