Biography of Laurelin Paige
Laurelin Paige is an American writer who gained attention with her debut novel in August 2013. Her book immediately captured the audience's interest and topped the bestseller lists according to 'New York Times' and 'USA Today'. Currently, Paige is the author of a trilogy and several short stories, all falling into the category of adult fiction. Critics praise the vivid and captivating plots of her novels, which are impossible to put down, as well as the juicy and passionate descriptions of intimate scenes.
Early Life and Inspiration
Laurelin Paige's love for writing began before she even learned how to read. As a young girl, she couldn't pick a specific genre to enjoy, but as she grew older, she became obsessed with romance novels by authors like Sylvia Day and Samantha Young, who she considers her inspirations. During her short time in New York City, Paige often found herself fantasizing about the development of her own romantic relationships. However, it wasn't until later, when she had to reduce her musical activities due to the arrival of her third daughter, that she found the time to dedicate herself to her long-time passion for writing.
Writing Career
Paige's first novel, titled 'Fixed on You,' was published in 2013 by Mandevilla Press. The book quickly became a bestseller and multiple additional editions were printed throughout the year. The story follows a woman from a nightclub who, after obtaining a master's degree in business administration, wants to start her life anew but gets entangled in a complicated relationship with the new club owner. It became a hit among fans of romance fiction. The following year, the sequel 'Found in You' was released, also enjoying great success with additional printings. The trilogy was completed with the book 'Forever with You' published in January 2014.
Just a month after the release of the final book in the trilogy, Paige delighted her readers with a new book titled 'Take Two,' which marks the beginning of the 'Light, Camera' series. The novel tells the story of a female protagonist, working as an assistant director, who encounters a famous actor on a film set. They had an unforgettable night together after their graduation, but he doesn't even remember her. The release of the second book in this series is scheduled for the summer of 2014.
Unfortunately, Laurelin Paige's books have not yet been translated into Russian.
