Lawrence H. Kotlikoff

Lawrence H. Kotlikoff is an American economist and professor of economics at Boston University. He is a specialist in demographic economics and was an independent candidate for the 2016 United States presidential election.

Education

In 1973, Kotlikoff earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania. He continued his education at Harvard University, where he received a Doctor of Philosophy in economics in 1977.

Kotlikoff holds the William Fairfield Warren Professorship at Boston University and serves as director of the International Laboratory for Economics and Demography.
