Biography of Lazaros Papadopoulos

Lazaros Papadopoulos is a professional basketball player who is considered one of the best players in Europe in his position. He was born on June 3, 1980, in Krasnodar, Russia, to a family of artists. In 1990, he and his parents immigrated to Thessaloniki, Greece, where he began his basketball career.

Papadopoulos started playing for the professional club "Iraklis" from 1996 to 2001. Although he did not win any titles during this time, he caught the attention of leading teams in the country.
