Leslie Alexander, an American lawyer, entrepreneur, and financier, began his career on Wall Street. In 1980, he established his own investment firm, the Alexander Group.

Houston Rockets Ownership

In 1993, Alexander purchased the Houston Rockets basketball team, which he owned until 2017. During his tenure, the Rockets became a perennial contender, with Alexander being named the NBA's Best Owner by Forbes magazine in 2008. He also oversaw the construction of the Toyota Center, the team's new home arena, in 2003.

Winemaking and Business Ventures
