Early Career and Rise through the RanksMarcus Rashford, a native of Manchester, England, began his football journey at the age of five, playing for local club Fletcher Moss Rangers. Breakthrough at Manchester United
Rashford made his debut for Manchester United's first team on February 25, 2016, in a UEFA Europa League match against Midtjylland. He announced his arrival with a stunning brace, becoming United's youngest player to score in a European competition at the age of 18 years and 117 days.
Just three days later, Rashford continued his impressive form with two goals and an assist in a 3-2 Premier League victory over Arsenal. He followed up with the winning goal in the Manchester derby at the Etihad Stadium in March. By the end of the 2015/16 season, Rashford had played 18 games and scored 8 goals for United, earning the Jimmy Murphy Young Player of the Year Award.
National Team Debut and European Championship
