Biography of Mariusz Jop
Mariusz Jop is a Polish football player and a defender. He began his career at the club KSZO and later joined Wisla Krakow, where he won the Polish championship in the seasons of 2000/01, 2002/03, and 2003/04. During his time playing for the Russian club "Moscow," he became the first Polish player to score a goal in the Russian Premier League.
On July 11, 2009, "Wisla Krakow" signed the defender from the Polish national team, who became a free agent after his contract with "Moscow" ended. In 2003, Jop made his debut for the national team in a match against the Belgian national team.
