Marina Gonsienieca-Daniel: Polish Alpine Skier

Marina Gonsienieca-Daniel is a Polish alpine skier who has represented her country in various international competitions, including the 2014 Winter Olympics.

Early Career and FIS Competitions

Marina began competing in FIS events in late 2009. In 2011, she joined the European Cup but only managed to finish within the top 30 once.

Winter Universiade Triumph

In 2013, Marina made a significant breakthrough by winning the gold medal in giant slalom at the Winter Universiade. She also placed 12th in super giant slalom.

World Cup and World Championships

Marina's World Cup debut came in 2011 in Linz, Austria. She participated in six World Cup races but failed to qualify for second runs. In 2013, she made her World Championship debut, achieving a best result of 34th place in giant slalom.
