Biography of Oleksandr Tkachenko
Oleksandr Tkachenko is a Ukrainian entrepreneur and politician who has made significant contributions to the entertainment and political arenas.
Early Life and Career in Entertainment
Born in Luhansk, Ukraine, Tkachenko holds a higher education degree. He began his career as the concert director for singer Tina Karol. In 2001, he founded the production company "Kvartal-Concert," which produced the popular Ukrainian comedy show "Kvartal 95." He also served as the producer for the band "Bez Obmezhen" and "Dinner Show Hotel Freedom."
Political Involvement
After relocating to Kyiv in 2014, Tkachenko became involved in politics. He headed the team of Volodymyr Zelensky during the 2019 presidential election in the Ukrainian-controlled part of Luhansk Oblast. Following the election, he was elected as a People's Deputy of Ukraine from the "Sluha Narodu" (Servant of the People) party.
Parliamentary Position
In the Verkhovna Rada, Tkachenko holds several key positions. He is the Deputy Chairman of the "Sluha Narodu" parliamentary faction, the First Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Human Rights, De-occupation, and Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories, and the Deputy Head of the interparliamentary relations groups with Kazakhstan and Kuwait.

In addition to his parliamentary responsibilities, Tkachenko serves as an adviser to the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council on matters related to the reintegration and restoration of Donbas.
