Early Career

Mikhail Gordeychuk began his football journey at the Minsk football school "Smena." At 16, he was recruited by Yuri Puntus to join Borisov's BATÉ, where he became a regular starter in the following season. He later played three seasons for Minsk's "MTZ-RIPO" before signing a 2+2 contract with FC Amkar Perm in January 2008.

Time in Russia

Gordeychuk made his debut for FC Amkar in March 2010 and spent the next two years with the Russian club. In March 2010, he joined FC Kuban Krasnodar, where he made seven appearances in the championship and one in the Russian Cup.

Return to Belarus

In July 2010, Gordeychuk moved to FC Salut Belgorod. He made his debut for the Belarusian club against FC Khimki in the 21st round of the championship.

International Career

As the captain of Belarus's youth team, Gordeychuk played in all three of the team's matches at the 2009 UEFA European Under-21 Championship. In November 2009, he was called up to the Belarusian national team for the first time. He made his full international debut in a friendly match against Saudi Arabia in November 2009.
