Early Career at Unión Comercio
Trauco's footballing journey commenced at Unión Comercio, where he debuted in the Peruvian Primera División on February 13, 2011, facing Alianza Lima. His first goal for the club came on February 20 against Juan Aurich. Over the subsequent five seasons, Trauco accumulated over 150 appearances for Unión Comercio.
Universitario de Deportes and Transfer to Flamengo
In early 2016, Trauco joined Universitario de Deportes, making his debut against Ayacucho on February 7. His first goal for this club followed on October 19 in a match against Alianza Atlético. Trauco's impressive performances earned him a transfer to Brazilian Serie A giants Flamengo in early 2017.
International Career
