Early Life and Education
Mikhail Radutsky is a Ukrainian entrepreneur and politician born in Ukraine. He received his education at the Kyiv Higher Medical College named after P.I. Gavros, where he earned a degree in emergency medical technician. He later graduated from the Kyiv National University of Physical Culture and Sports with a Master's degree in Olympic and Professional Sports.
Medical Career
Radutsky began his professional journey as a paramedic at the Kyiv Ambulance Station in 1987. From 1993 onwards, he ventured into the medical business, holding various positions at "Boris," a medical clinic he founded. He eventually became the company's president in 2004.
Political Appointments
Radutsky's political career began in 2014 when he served as Deputy Chairman of the Kyiv City State Administration under Vitali Klitschko. In 2015, he became an advisor to the same chairman. He is also a former member of the Higher Medical Council of the Ukrainian Ministry of Health.
Parliament and Government
In 2019, Radutsky was elected as a member of the Ukrainian parliament (Verkhovna Rada) from the "Servant of the People" party. He went on to become the Chairman of the Committee on Health of the Nation, Medical Assistance, and Medical Insurance on August 29, 2019. Additionally, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy appointed him as his advisor outside the government payroll on July 30, 2019.
Parliamentary Responsibilities
Radutsky leads the inter-parliamentary relations groups with the Republic of Moldova and the Kingdom of Thailand. As the Chairman of the Health Committee, he is responsible for overseeing healthcare-related legislation, policies, and reforms in Ukraine.
