Biography of Mina Lessig
Mina Lessig, a legend of fitness and a representative of the new fitness wave, is an authoritative and professional athlete. She was born in the United States. At the age of three, she started practicing gymnastics and also attended a ballet studio. For the next eleven years, she led an active sporting life and later expanded her field of activities by becoming interested in diving.

After enrolling at the University of Miami, Mina became a member of the local diving team and enthusiastically participated in competitions. Naturally, apart from sports, she studied various sciences at the university and graduated with a prestigious bachelor's degree in biology and a degree in physical education.

After graduating, Mina Lessig began a serious sports career, with fitness becoming the main focus of her life. From 1995 to 1998, she actively participated in various sports shows, hosted fitness programs, including one with the famous athlete and Olympic decathlon champion, Dan O'Brien. In 1997, Mina became the Fitness Queen and was crowned Ms. Fitness USA. That same year, she achieved the status of a professional fitness athlete by winning the National Physique Committee Championships.

Soon after, she started a close collaboration with the company of the famous athlete and fitness instructor Joe Weider, which produced incredible strength training equipment. Simultaneously, Mina worked for the Miami Herald newspaper, where she wrote a sports column for six years. From 1997 to 2005, she was the main fitness expert on the show The Early Show, which she co-hosted with well-known television personalities Bryant Gumbel and Jane Clayson. Interestingly, she still occasionally appears on the show.
Today, Mina Lessig is a recognized fitness athlete, model, and instructor. Her created strength training programs are extremely popular and in high demand, and her videos, such as "Workout Emergency," "Fat Eliminator," and "Strength and Grace," are still considered hits. Mina's work is regularly published in various renowned magazines, including Muscle and Fitness, Her's Muscle and Fitness, FIT magazine, Women's Fitness International, French Cosmopolitan, FLEX, and others.
