Mikhail's breakthrough came on the Ukrainian show "So You Think You Can Dance!" Season 9. His innovative routines, often inspired by contemporary and modern dance styles, captivated viewers, earning him a spot in the top 24. Notably, he showcased an impressive Vogue battle with Никита Митрофанов.

Mikhail's unique talent of recreating dance performances from "Dancing on TNT" became a signature feature in subsequent seasons. He skillfully adapted and reinterpreted these routines, impressing judges and audiences alike.

Breaking into Russian Television

In 2017, Mikhail set his sights on the Russian dance competition "Dancing on TNT" Season 4. His captivating audition in Krasnodar showcased his eclectic dance style and unconventional personality. Under the mentorship of Miguel, Mikhail's journey took him to the "Choreography Challenge," where he partnered with Марина Кущева. Despite delivering a strong performance, he was eliminated.

Undeterred, Mikhail dedicated the following year to training relentlessly for the next season. His 182cm height allowed him to effortlessly execute complex choreography. While dance remained his primary passion, he acknowledged that he might have pursued music or teaching as alternative career paths.

However, his close relationship with dancer Маргарита Савелей has quashed such speculation. Return to "Dancing on TNT"

In 2018, Mikhail returned to "Dancing on TNT" for Season 5. He had made a lasting impression on Miguel, who had promised to accept him into his team without the usual two-week dance master classes if he could garner a standing ovation from the judges at the auditions. Mikhail fulfilled this condition, but Miguel reneged on his promise when it came time for team selection.

Fate intervened when Egor Druzhinin intervened and invited Mikhail into his team. The dancer readily accepted and shared his excitement with his Instagram followers.
