Mohammad Kaleem, an Indian boy with enormous hands, has captured the attention of the media due to his unique condition. At just eight years old, he already knows the meaning of suffering. Enormous Hands

Mohammad Kaleem's hands have grown to unimaginable sizes. Each hand weighs around 8 kilograms, causing him to face various challenges in his daily life. Unfortunately, his hands continue to grow, making it impossible for him to attend school. His mother, Halima, recalls that Kaleem's hands were noticeably large even from birth. As he grew older, his hands outpaced the development of the rest of his body. His hands appear unreal, with thick fingers that seem separate from his ordinary Indian boyhood. Despite his young age, he struggles to move his gigantic fingers and perform simple everyday tasks.

Challenges and Bullying

With each passing day, Kaleem's hands grow larger, making it increasingly difficult for him to control them. The size of his hands measures 33 centimeters from the base of his palm to the tip of his middle finger. Due to his enormous hands, Kaleem faces constant mockery from his peers. He has become a target for teasing, but unfortunately, he is powerless to change his situation. The school director even exempted him from attending classes to prevent him from scaring other children with his hands.

Financial Struggles and Hope

An operation could possibly help Kaleem, but his parents, who are poor, will need years to save up enough money. Even the journey to the distant capital city of Delhi is a significant expense for their family, let alone the cost of the operation. Kaleem's father worries about his son's future independence. With his current condition, Kaleem cannot even pull up his pants, tie shoelaces, or blow his nose. As he grows older, he will need to learn a profession and work, but how will he achieve this with such hands?

Local doctors were unable to provide any assistance to the boy. After examination, they concluded that apart from his hands, Kaleem was perfectly healthy. However, diagnosing his hand condition requires specialized testing that local doctors cannot perform due to a lack of necessary medical equipment and qualified specialists.

Despite the challenges, Kaleem's parents remain hopeful that they will find the funds for his examination and potential operation. They are counting on international charitable organizations to hear about their son's plight and offer assistance. Currently, no one has agreed to finance the treatment for this Indian boy, but they still hold onto hope that they will be able to reach out to doctors in the capital city who may be able to help.
