In 1975, Mashaly founded a small clinic in Gharbia, where he charged a mere 5 Egyptian pounds for a medical consultation. Despite increasing expenses, he refused to raise his fees beyond 10 pounds. Mashaly's unwavering commitment to affordability ensured that even the poorest individuals had access to essential medical care.
Selfless Service
Mashaly frequently provided free consultations to those who could not afford his modest fees.
