Biography of Natalie Gray

Natalie Gray is an actress, artist, designer, and comedian. She grew up in Birmingham, England, in a family of rock musicians. Her father, who played with legendary bands such as 'The Who' and 'Queen', exposed Natalie to the entertainment industry from a young age. At 12 years old, Natalie made her debut on the British stage and at 13, she landed the role of Aladdin, becoming the only child actor in an adult theater company.

When her family's life started to unravel due to the rockstar lifestyle, they moved to Canada in search of a more stable life. Natalie quickly found success in Canada, winning a national modeling contest and landing a leading role in a teen soap opera. She also spent three years as a host on children's television. Throughout her career, Natalie has appeared in over 100 episodes of various Canadian TV shows and has been nominated for six Canadian Screen Awards.

After studying acting at Second City in Toronto, Natalie furthered her training in Frankfurt and New York. She eventually moved to Los Angeles, where she currently writes scripts and performs stand-up comedy. Despite her success in the entertainment industry, Natalie has also pursued a passion for painting since childhood. From realistic works to abstract expressionism, her art has earned her the title of the "New Jackson Pollock." Recently, Natalie made the decision to step away from the footwear design world and focus more on painting, writing, and comedy. In the early years of her acting career, she gained experience by taking on various roles in Toronto films, including extra work, stunt doubling, and dubbing. One of her most memorable performances was in the sci-fi action film 'Johnny Mnemonic' alongside Keanu Reeves. She played a "tall Chinese man" in a protest scene filmed in downtown Toronto.

In 2007, Natalie Gray made history as the only female comedian to reach the semifinals of both the International Humor Competition in Seattle and the International Comedy Competition in San Francisco. She continues to entertain audiences with her unique blend of talent and humor.
