Nicole Eggert: Biography
Nicole Elizabeth Eggert was born in Glendale, California. She began her acting career at the age of five in the dramatic film "When She Was Bad" (1979).
Early Career
After her debut, Nicole appeared in the film "Rich and Famous" (1981) alongside Jacqueline Bisset and the TV series "T.J. Hooker" (1982-1983). She then went on to star in leading roles in films such as "I Dream of Jeannie" (1985), "The Destroyer" (1986), and "Omega Syndrome" (1987).
Charles in Charge
In 1987, Nicole joined the cast of the TV series "Charles in Charge" (1987-1990) and gained widespread fame in the United States.
Baywatch
After "Charles in Charge," Nicole was invited to join the cast of the series "Baywatch" to accompany Pamela Anderson. She accepted the offer and became a worldwide idol as Summer Quinn in "Baywatch."
Later Career
In 1994, Nicole decided to leave "Baywatch" as she no longer wanted to be seen as a woman who flaunts her assets on the beach. She believed Pamela could handle that on her own. The show gradually turned into a striptease show and lost all its popularity.
Nicole then appeared in films such as "Deadly Kiss" (1992), "Blown Away" (1995), "Melissa" (1995), "Amanda and the Alien" (1995), "Siberia" (1998), and "Bartender" (1998). She took a break from acting after getting married and giving birth to her daughter in 1999.
In 2000, Nicole returned to the big screen with the film "Two Left Turns."
