Early CareerMilan Mačvan, a renowned Serbian basketball player, began his career in 1996 with Drvmarket. From 1998 to 2001, he showcased his skills for Zemun before joining the youth academy of Belgrade's Partizan in 2001.
Breakthrough at Partizan
Mačvan made his professional debut with Partizan in the 2004/05 Serbian Championship season. His exceptional performance earned him recognition as the MVP of the 2008/09 Adriatic League Final Four and the EuroLeague Rising Star in the same season.
Move to Real Madrid
In June 2009, Mačvan inked a 2+1 contract with Spanish powerhouse Real Madrid, signaling the next chapter in his illustrious career.
International Career
Mačvan represented Serbia at various levels, playing for the youth national team from 2005 to 2006. His senior team debut came at EuroBasket 2007. In 2009, he helped Serbia secure a silver medal at the same tournament.
