Childhood and Early Life

Oakes Fegley was born on November 11, 2004, in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Oakes would tag along with his sister to auditions and answer phone calls on her behalf. In 2009, he made his stage debut as Tiny Tim in a production of "A Christmas Carol."

Film Debut and "Pete's Dragon"

His breakthrough role came in the 2016 adventure film "Pete's Dragon." Oakes played the title character alongside Robert Redford. The film was a critical and commercial success and cemented his status as a rising star.

"The Goldfinch" and "The War with Grandpa"

Oakes followed up his success with notable roles in "The Goldfinch" and "The War with Grandpa." In "The Goldfinch," he starred alongside Finn Wolfhard, Nicole Kidman, and Sarah Paulson, while in "The War with Grandpa," he shared the screen with Robert De Niro and Uma Thurman.

Personal Life

Oakes is known for his private nature and rarely shares personal details on social media. He is currently in a relationship but keeps the identity of his girlfriend secret. He was previously linked to actress Priya Francis Taylor.

Aside from acting, Oakes enjoys playing the violin and has a passion for hip-hop music. He also loves to travel and has explored national parks across the United States. His favorite film is the 1994 animated classic "The Lion King."
